Nos collègues Nord-Américain recrutent un responsable de gamme, plus précisément un Product Line Marketing Manager. Pour ce poste ils recherchent, entre autres qualifications, quelqu'un parlant parfaitement le français et l'anglais. C'est pour cela que ce poste, à pourvoir aux États-Unis est aussi proposé en France. JOB DESCRIPTION

PRODUCT LINE MARKETING MANAGER

DEPARTMENT: Marketing
REPORTS TO: VP of marketing
FLSA STATUS: Exempt
The position is based in Roseville, Minnesota (US)

SUMMARY OF POSITION


The Product Line Marketing Manager is responsible for conceiving, developing, and implementing innovative marketing and advertising campaigns which drive product demand, as well as all other outbound marketing activities for the assigned product line(s). This role will craft the messaging and positioning for products.

RESPONSIBILITIES


• Develop annual product marketing plan : including positioning and messaging which differentiates the product line(s) in the market.
• Demand generation : develop the strategy and manage the marketing programs which drive demand for the product line(s).
• Product launch : plan the launch of new products and releases.
• Market intelligence : be the expert of the customers of the product line(s).
• Sales enablement : communicate the value proposition of the products to the Sales team and develop the sales tools which support the selling process of the products.
• Create text assets for product features, catalogs, and press releases.
• Be the product advocate and champion with the organization.

POSITION SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS


• Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with a keen understanding of the marketplace is critical.
• Must have professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to take ownership of projects and problems and work unusual hours (if necessary), to communicate with partners in different time zones, and ensure that the best interests of the projects and Asmodee are not neglected.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
• Strategic-thinker with the ability to be creative and innovative.
• Strong project management skills.
• Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time domestically and internationally.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS


• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years with marketing elements in a consumer products company, preferably in the Hobby Games Industry or Toy Industry.
• Proficiency in english and french
• Proficiency and experience in common software applications
